On November 8, 2005, Martin Ho opened his first restaurant, the “DOTS experimental Sushi”, in the hidden passage in Vienna’s most popular shopping street and promenade, Mariahilferstraße. Since then, Ho has continuously enlarged the restaurant and left no stone unturned. In 2020 the parent company was relocated to a new location (Mariahilferstrasse 36) and upgraded with a beautiful terrace continuing the success story of the DOTS ESTABLISHMENT. DOTS sees the interior design as a link to the gastronomic orientation of its parent company and remains the starting point for upscale experimental SUSHI cuisine. In the meantime, Ho withdrew from the culinary concept and brought Demir Babali, a unique executive chef with international experience, into his team.
